Kim and I want to thank all of our faithful deer, antelope, bear, caribou, elk, boar, moose, buffalo and goose customers.  We have truly enjoyed meeting and doing business with you over the years.

I sold the butcher shop (Wild Game Processing) to a friend.  His name is Brad Wenger.  He is the owner of Wenger's Meats & Ice.  He has two locations.  One is located in Carlisle and another is located in Newport, PA.  Brad is a veteran meat cutter/butcher.  He, too, is in the deer processing business.  Brad has purchased all the Grandpa's Country Butcher Shop recipes, inventory and equipment.  Besides that, Lisa Keefer (Rick's sister) is working for Brad now.  Lisa did most of the processing for Grandpa's Country Butcher Shop for the 2005 - 2006 season.  I am very confident Wenger's Meats & Ice will deliver to you the same high quality products that you have come to rely on from Grandpa's Country Butcher Shop.  Listed below is a link to Wenger's Meats & Ice Website.  I would appreciate you giving them a try.
