| We slow charcoal
roast your pig, beef or chicken. We pick it off the bones (when applicable). We season it with your choice of seasonings and keep it hot in our electric
chafer units. You simply pick up the meal at our butcher shop, take home and
serve. When you are done, we request you wash up the chafer and return it to
us. |
