For the opportunity to
quote you for your next catered event. We prepare our pigs the 'old
fashion' way over a charcoal fire. We cook them long and slow at a
very low temperature to lock in juices and to improve the tenderness.
Our clients continually rave that we produce the best tasting pork they have
ever experienced. Depending on the size of the pig, many pigs cook for
more than 20 hours! We have many satisfied repeat customers. For
the summer of 2008, we catered more than 60 pig roasts...that's
roughly about:
-- 85 Pigs
-- Approximately 15,000 lbs of Pulled Pork
-- More than 6,000 satisfied guests
